Our work begins with raw material and evolves through cutting, forming, machining, welding, and assembly—transforming steel and non-ferrous metals into highly engineered architectural and sculptural installations.

  • Blacksmithing  (IE. Forged work)
  • Metal casting (IE. bronze sculpture casting)

on a select basis, we offer:

  • Cutting, welding, bending, or laser cutting metal and then assembling it  into structural or sculptural forms.

our process involves:

  • Steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminum
  • Copper,  brass, and bronze

we work primarily with:

In plain terms. Custom metal fabrication starts with simple materials and transforms them through cutting, welding, and shaping into something built specifically for your vision.

Every project is built from raw material — cut, welded, bent, and assembled into a finished piece designed specifically for your space.

Element 26 specializes in architectural metalwork and custom fabrication.

how we work

Custom work is priced based on scope, materials, and complexity, contact for a custom quote.

*If a project doesn’t fit within your budget, we’re happy to suggest alternative approaches, but do note as well that material costs have increased significantly in recent years, especially for steel and copper-based metals.

  • Propose appropriate materials and finishes
  •  Adjust complexity and fabrication approach
  •  Ensure alignment before design begins

a budget range early allows:

  • Design time
  • Setup and fabrication
  • Material sourcing
  • Finishing and installation

Each project involves:

  •  Dimensions and scale
  •  Use: decorative, structural, interactive
  •  Site conditions: in/outdoor, moisture, etc
  •  Requirements: security, durability, etc.

function + constraints:

  • Reference images
  • A Pinterest board
  • Sketches
  • Plans or drawings

artistic vision:

Custom metalwork is NOT a mass-produced product. To begin, we need an understanding of what you’re looking to create so we can help you to refine the solution and path to fabrication.
